Is anything locked behind a plan?
No. Registered users can access the same models and creation tools across AskSary. Plans increase recurring capacity, storage and persistent knowledge — they do not unlock a better version of the platform.
What do subscriptions add, then?
Subscriptions add capacity that renews each month, more persistent storage and a Knowledge Base. Premium includes 8,000 monthly credits and 50 GB of storage. Ultra includes 20,000 monthly credits and 100 GB of storage. The models and creation tools remain the same.
Which pack is the best value?
The larger the pack, the better the credit rate. Purchased credits never expire, so you can choose the amount that suits your project without committing to a subscription.
What happens when I run out of credits?
When you run out, you can add more credits at any time or wait for your included allowance to renew. Your projects and files remain available, and purchased credits never expire.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Credits you have already bought are unaffected either way.
Does AskSary work on mobile?
Yes — iOS (App Store), Android (Google Play), macOS, and fully in any mobile browser. Credit packs are purchased through the web app.
Can I get a plan for my organisation?
Yes. Organisation plans are scoped to your seats, capacity, storage and Knowledge Base needs rather than a fixed public package — see Teams & Enterprise or email sary@asksary.com .
