Every member of your team draws from a single shared pool. So if your Team plan has 100,000 credits and 4 members, any one of them can use as many or as few credits as they like — there's no per-seat cap. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle.
Can I add more members later?
Yes. You can invite members up to your plan's limit at any time from the Organisation Settings page. If you need more seats than your current plan allows, upgrading to Team Pro or contacting us for an enterprise plan is the way to go.
What happens if we run out of credits?
Members will see an "Organisation Out of Credits" message. The account owner can upgrade to a higher plan for a larger monthly allowance, or wait for the credits to reset at the start of the next billing cycle.
Can I cancel or change plans?
You can cancel or change your plan at any time — no lock-in contracts. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Remaining credits in the cycle are yours to use until then.
Do all team members get Ultra model access?
Yes. Every accepted member of a Team or Team Pro organisation automatically gets premium model access — including Claude Sonnet, Gemini 3.1 Pro, Grok, DeepSeek R1 and the free chat models — regardless of their personal plan.
