Please read these terms and conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the AskSary website (the "Service") operated by Sary Ismail ("us", "we", or "our").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. Your access to the Service is also conditioned on your acceptance of our Privacy Policy.
Age of Use: You must be at least **13 years old** to create an account or use the Service.
Parental Permission: If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you represent that you have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the Service and that they have agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Account Responsibility: You must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any actions taken under it.
Age of Purchase: To purchase a Premium/Ultra subscription, you must be at least **18 years old**.
Billing: Premium/Ultra plans are billed on a recurring subscription basis. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled through your Profile settings before the end of the current period.
Cancellations: You may cancel at any time, with the cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period. All payments are non-refundable.
Your Content: You retain ownership of the original prompts and files you submit. You grant us a license to process this content solely to provide the Service.
AI-Generated Content: To the extent permitted by law, you own the output generated by the AI in response to your prompts. However, AI output may not be unique and same output may be generated for other users.
You agree not to use the Service to violate laws, generate hateful or discriminatory content, infringe on intellectual property, or use the Service for high-risk advice (medical, legal, or financial).
AS IS: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.
NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE: AI Output does not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Profile settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of **London, United Kingdom**.
