AskSary is built for the whole path from an idea to finished output, not just a chat response. AskSary Production Studio combines a connected Drive workspace, generation tools and an editable timeline: images, video, voice-over, music and podcasts can enter the same project instead of becoming isolated downloads.
Creative Suite Drive and Gallery keep projects and assets actionable. An image can be edited in Flux, animated, analysed or sent to Video Creator as a reference. A video can be analysed, have its audio extracted, be stitched, continue in Video Studio, or contribute a first or final frame to the next generation. Audio can be transcribed or developed into a podcast; documents can be analysed, added to Knowledge Base, converted or turned into a podcast. Projects can be reopened, duplicated and exported.
The platform also includes Image Creator, Flux-assisted Photo Editor, Video Creator and Video Editor, Music Studio, Code Lab, Web Architect, Game Engine, presentations, Knowledge Base, persistent conversation context, realtime voice, AUTO routing and manual model choice. Themes, optional mood music and live wallpapers make the workspace personal without changing the work itself.
A registered account uses one normal consumer model and tool catalogue. AskSary offers free chat on selected models from OpenAI, Gemini and DeepSeek; the live mix can change as providers evolve. Provider-backed work is estimated in credits before it runs and remains subject to safety and genuine provider capacity. New registered accounts receive a one-time 100-credit welcome grant; credits govern compute, not access to a separate consumer technology tier.
The problem with AI memory
Every time you start a new conversation with a standard AI model, you're starting from zero. It doesn't remember what you told it yesterday, last week, or in any previous session. If you have a 50-page company handbook, a research paper you reference constantly, or a set of notes you've built up over months — you have to re-paste them every single time. That's not a workflow. That's a frustration.
This is the problem a reusable Knowledge Base helps solve.
What the Knowledge Base actually does
The Knowledge Base uses vector storage to index uploaded documents in a searchable form. When the Knowledge Base toggle is enabled for a chat, AskSary retrieves passages relevant to your question and supplies that context to the selected model.
This can ground an answer in a handbook, report or research paper without attaching the same file to every message. Results still depend on the source document and the question, so important answers should be checked against the original text.
Attach or paste source material into the current conversation when the model needs it.
Store supported documents, enable retrieval for the chat, and ask questions against relevant passages.
How to use it
Open AskSary and navigate to Knowledge Base from the Command Centre (the + button). Upload a supported document and wait for indexing to complete. In a chat where you want to use it, turn on the Knowledge Base control before asking your question.
You can add or remove source documents as your reference material changes. The feature does not silently apply the stored material to every conversation.
Best use cases
- Company knowledge base. Upload your handbook, policies, product specs and FAQs. Ask any question and get answers grounded in your actual documentation.
- Research library. Store papers, articles and reports you reference regularly. Ask synthesis questions across multiple documents.
- Personal notes. Upload meeting notes, journal entries, or study materials. Ask questions across everything you've captured.
- Client onboarding. Upload client briefs and background material. Every conversation with that client's AI context already loaded.
- Legal and compliance. Store contracts, regulatory documents and policies. Get answers that cite your actual agreements rather than general knowledge.
Tips for better results
💡 Quality in, quality out. Well-structured documents with clear headings and sections produce more accurate retrieval than poorly formatted text dumps. If your source material is messy, clean it up before uploading.
- Be specific in your questions. "What does section 4 of the Q3 report say about customer churn?" retrieves more accurately than "tell me about churn."
- Keep each source current. Remove superseded versions so retrieval does not surface conflicting passages.
- Update documents when they change. If a policy is revised, upload the new version. The memory store reflects your most recently uploaded content.

Ask questions against your documents
Knowledge Base is available to registered AskSary users, subject to documented storage capacity. Upload a source, enable it for a chat and verify important answers against the original.
