You can reset your password directly from the login screen by clicking "Forgot Password". A reset link will be sent to your registered email.
How do I manage my subscription?
Web and Android subscriptions can be managed through the "Settings" menu within the app. iOS subscriptions can be managed through your Apple App Store account settings.
What data is shared with AI services?
To generate responses, your text prompts are transmitted to third-party AI providers depending on the model selected: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, and xAI (Grok). No personal identifiers are linked to these prompts. We have opted out of data training where available. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Do you share my data with brokers?
No. Asksary Studio does **not** share or sell user data to third-party data brokers. Data is strictly used to provide app functionality.
Do you use cookies for tracking?
We use essential cookies for authentication via Google Firebase and Google Analytics 4 cookies to measure site usage in aggregate, including visits from people who are not signed in. We do not use cookies to track activity across other apps or websites, and analytics is never linked to your account or email. See our Privacy Policy for details and how to opt out.
